Swarovski 

With creative director Dan Atkinson and Architects from UXUS, we pitched on won an experience design project mixing digital touch-points and interior architecture design.

This involved months of sketching and collaborating with architects from UXUS as well as 3D mock-ups and specs proposal made with our internal 3D designers and external tech providers.

The work also included several workshops and brand immersions at Swarovski's headquarters in Austria.

01. Concept

Strategy

To collaborate better, we went all the way up to the UXUS strategy to be able to integrate our digital project meaningfully.

Space

We then applied the integrated digital strategy to the space of the store in collaboration with UXUS.

Sketching

Once inlined with the strategy and space, I sketched and storyboarded each digital touchpoints including there customer experience.

Brand immersion

To understand better the brand we had the pleasure to meet the client at Swarovski headquarters in Wattens, Autria. 

Moodboarding

As well as concepting touchpoints, we also looked at the look and feel of the interface.

The trick being in how to find a visual language flexible enough for digital.

An in-depth, one-on-one consultation with Crystal Stylist to find the customer’s perfect piece or gift. The customer is guided through a Crystal Quiz and encouraged to trial selection.
